Instructions:

- If desired, drizzle some tamarind chutney and mint-coriander chutney over the chaat for extra flavor. You can adjust the amount according to your taste preferences.
- Garnish the chaat with a generous amount of sev on top.
- Optionally, sprinkle some pomegranate seeds over the chaat to add a pop of color and sweetness.
- Serve the vegetable chaat immediately as a refreshing and tangy snack.
